Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver to most locations near Tucson.

 
 

Can I request a specific delivery date?

For local deliveries, we try to accomodate hand delivery on your requested date. For all shipped orders, we do our best to ensure your package arrives within a timely manner. Local deliveries are made Monday-Saturday. Actual dates cannot be guaranteed, as the responsibility falls upon the shipping carrier.

 
 

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

For standard box options, orders placed within business hours (Monday-Friday) are usually processed within two days and delivered or shipped the following day. Orders placed outside of business hours are processed next day. For custom orders, each project varies based on products selected but a two week turn around is standard.

 
 

what shipping options are available?

Standard shipping method is UPS Ground at a flat rate of approx $4-$15 depending on item.

 
 

What happens to a local delivery when a recipient isn’t there to receive it?

If the recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery, the gift box will be left at the delivery location. We will notify you where the gift has been left so you can let the recipient know. Wanderful Boxes cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.

 
 

Holiday Exceptions

We pride ourselves on delivering your gifts in a timely fashion, whether it be local or shipped. Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season and to ensure timely delivery, we encourage our customers to place their orders as soon as possible. During the month of December, Wanderful Boxes order processing times may experience a delay. Please consider that our chosen shipping carriers may have their own delays. All actual delivery time frames are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

 
 

Do you have minimum orders for custom gift orders?

Yes, we do have order minimums for custom designs. Minimums are dependent on products chosen.

What is your return policy?

All orders are final sale and non-refundable. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied, contact us within a week and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.

 
 

Where do you source from?

Wanderful Boxes offers unique, high-end gift boxes for all occasions. We do our best to source locally, but we also feature a number of small-batch brands from other areas. We are always researching and testing out new products and goods, only selecting the finest and highest quality, which means we may rotate items as seasons change.
